Waterproof cores are a smart default for kitchens, baths and Gulf Coast humidity, and they give you real wood and stone looks without the worry. Flooring is a big visual decision and lighting changes everything, so we bring samples to your home and measure accurately so what you choose is what you get. The old floor comes out, the subfloor gets prepped, and the new floor goes down flat and tight, with a final walkthrough together at the end.
