Getting a new roof is a major investment, so finding a company you can actually trust is incredibly important, and this team checked every box.

From the initial consultation through the completion of the job, they were professional, honest, responsive, and transparent. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, clearly communicated what needed to be done, and never made us feel pressured into anything. The pricing and expectations were straightforward, and there were no unpleasant surprises along the way.

David in particular was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk us through everything and made sure we understood what was happening and why. It was clear that he genuinely cared about doing the job correctly rather than simply trying to make a sale.

The roofing crew did an outstanding job as well. They were efficient, respectful of our property, paid attention to the details, and did a great job cleaning up when everything was finished. The finished roof looks fantastic, and we feel confident knowing the work was done properly.

From the time our salesman Joe arrived and gave a the quote that was more than fair to the measuring crew arriving then the three gentlemen that did the installation My wife and I felt confident in our decision to contact Three Brothers. The installation crew is a professional team that did an amazing job. Six windows and two doors installed in one day. During the installation process they would clean as they went and left everything spotless. I noticed that they have added Roofing and Flooring to their website. I can't get ahold of anyone to get an update on our project. We were quoted an 8-10 week turn around. We had someone come out the next week to measure. That was over 12 weeks ago and we have heard nothing. I have called, texted, emailed, facebook messaged and nothing.....no one answers the phone, no one texts back. I sincerely hope we don't have a major hurricane this season since it appears that we are not getting our windows any time soon, if ever.
